RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return policy

  1. Products received that do not correspond to the order can be exchanged and returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. If the time is exceeded, the store reserves the right to change and return the product in any case.
  2. The product was damaged during shipping. If the parcel box is in a torn condition, the box is not in good condition, or the box has been opened before it reaches the customer. Please do not sign to receive the item at all. Please contact the company immediately to prevent mistakes. And when the customer receives the product, they should take a photo of the box or record a VDO while inspecting the product as evidence to confirm with the company.
  3. The company reserves the right to consider inspecting the condition of products that customers send back for exchange/return before delivering new products to customers.
  4. The company reserves the right not to accept exchanges/returns of products in all cases as follows :

    4.1. Customers are not satisfied with the product. 

    4.2. Damage caused by the customer, such as from improper storage, etc.

    4.3. The customer wants to change the product list.

    4.4. The customer orders the wrong product. In the case that the store has delivered the correct product according to the order.

    4.5 Products that have been carved, torn, opened, or used.

    4.6 Products that are free gifts or special participating products.

  1. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by the company, such as the company sending items that do not match the order. The company will be responsible for all expenses. And the returned product must be in the same condition as when the customer received the product from the company. Therefore, bother the customer to send it back carefully. To ensure that those items will be returned in their normal condition. not damaged

How to change/return products

Customers can request to exchange/return products. Customers must ship the products back to the company. The product that the customer wishes to exchange/return must not have undergone any changes and must be packed in the packaging of that product in the same condition as the condition that the company has delivered to the customer. Procedure for changing/returning products

The period for product exchange or refund starts from the day the company receives the product back together with supporting documents for product exchange or refund. When the customer receives incomplete products or is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately within 1-2 days after receiving the product or the day it is received in the transportation system.
